Chocolate Brownie DIY Mix

Ingredients: Eat Me Guilt Free Chocolate Whey Protein Concentrate Proprietary Blend, Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, Stevia, Baking Soda.
Entire bag of DIY mix
240 grams of liquid egg whites or 7 large egg whites
1/3 cup of Coconut oil (60 grams weighed on a scale)
1 cup of water (can substitute for unsweetened almond milk)
Large mixing bowl
9x13 aluminum pan (NOT GLASS) or a 12 serving brownie aluminum baking pan
Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
Grease an 9x13 aluminum pan (NOT GLASS) or a 12 serving baking pan with a non stick spray.
Melt your coconut oil down to liquid for easier mixing.
Pour the dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl mix coconut oil mixture, egg whites, and water (or almond milk).
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until smooth (without whipping).
Pour mixture evenly into pan.
Bake for approximately 26 minutes
Let cool for 30 Minutes.
Cut into 12 Brownies.
After cooled, store in an air tight container and refrigerate after 1 day.
