ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN FREE?
Yes, all Eat Me Guilt Free products are “flourless”, meaning we use alternative ingredients as “flour”. We don’t add ANY ingredients containing gluten.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS “HIGH PROTEIN”?
Yes, our cookies have at least 15 grams of protein, while our other baked goodies boast at least 22 grams of protein.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS “LOW CALORIE”?
Yes, most of our products contain under 200 calories per serving
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS “LOW CARB”?
Yes, our entire product line has 11grams of carbohydrates or less.

We’re proud to say (we don’t brag) that our cookies have a 2:1 protein to carb ratio, while our other baked goods have a 3:1 protein to carb ratio.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS “LOW FAT”?
Yes, our products are low in fat. Furthermore, we use what a nutritionist would refer to as “healthy fats” for our fat content.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR PEOPLE WITH FOOD ALLERGIES?
That all depends on what the allergy is. Please refer to individual product labels for specific allergen contents. Our products are processed and packaged in a facility that processes food containing milk, eggs, wheat, nuts or soy. We follow federal guidelines to avoid cross contamination, but we suggest that people with severe allergies to these items avoid our products, and take extra caution when choosing snacks of any kind.
WHAT IS YOUR SHELF LIFE?
Our products have a shelf life of 10 – 12 weeks. We believe in minimal additives, so we use the smallest amount of preservative possible in our brownies and cakes. Our cookies currently have an all-natural preservative, and we’re working on the same formula for the rest of our baked goods.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not accept returns on perishable goods. Once they ship out, these items run the risk of being exposed to heat or being tampered with, so we simply cannot accept any returns. Upon checkout, shoppers are notified of this so there’s no confusion. If a customer is displeased with one of our baked goods, we do everything within our power to accommodate them.
WHERE CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS IN PERSON?
Our website has a Store Locator section, which you can use to find a store near you. We are constantly adding locations to our network, so don’t be discouraged if we aren’t in your town yet. Feel free to suggest us to a local retailer in your area; we’d be happy to start a new relationship near you.
