We’re proud to say (we don’t brag) that all of our products have a better quality or function in comparison to leading brands. We add protein to everything to help satiate your cravings, as well as work at decreasing the amount of refined sugars and excess carbohydrates and empty calories.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR PEOPLE WITH FOOD ALLERGIES?
That all depends on what the allergy is. Please refer to individual product labels for specific allergen contents. Our products are processed and packaged in a facility that processes food containing milk, eggs, wheat, nuts or soy. We follow federal guidelines to avoid cross contamination, but we suggest that people with severe allergies to these items avoid our products, and take extra caution when choosing snacks of any kind.
WHAT IS YOUR SHELF LIFE?
Our products have a shelf life between 6-12 months, depending on the product. We believe in minimal additives, so we use the smallest amount of preservative possible in our brownies and cakes. Pantry items like bread and tortilla are contained in a modified atmosphere that keeps them as fresh as the day they were packed for up to SIX MONTHS without adding any chemicals or preservatives!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not accept returns on perishable goods. Once they ship out, these items run the risk of being exposed to heat or being tampered with, so we simply cannot accept any returns. Upon checkout, shoppers are notified of this so there’s no confusion. If a customer is displeased with one of our baked goods, we do everything within our power to accommodate them.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders that are placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day. Orders are shipped using FedEx 2-Day Express for all orders (excluding PO boxes and APO addresses which are shipped with USPS.) International orders are shipped using FedEx.
WHERE CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS IN PERSON?
We can be found in a Vitamin Shoppe location near you, and are constantly adding locations to our network, so don’t be discouraged if we aren’t in your town yet. Feel free to suggest us to a local retailer in your area; we’d be happy to start a new relationship near you.
I’M INTERESTED IN BEING A BRAND AMBASSADOR. IS THIS AN OPTION, AND IF SO, HOW?
We’re happy to consider you to represent our brand/family. Please keep in mind that there are certain deciding factors that dictate who we bring onboard. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AFFILIATES AND AMBASSADORS?
Our affiliates earn commission for promoting the products they love with a custom coupon code or link. Anyone is welcome to become an affiliate, but we vet our ambassadors to make sure they’re a good fit for our brand. Our ambassadors also earn commission, but receive some tasty goodies as well!
