Eat Me Guilt Free Healthy Dessert Snacks
Not that eating ridiculously sweet desserts is bad for you, but here’s an alternative for dancers like me with too much of a sweet tooth trying not to sugar crash in rehearsals. These prepackaged cookies and brownies give you what you are craving, but are low-carb and protein packed. Grab a birthday cake brownie (my favorite!) as some fuel between barre and center. My cat, Gatsby, says “these treat bars just take the cake!”
