Stuffed Protein Oatmeal Cookie
Chef Miami | Stuffed Protein Oatmeal Cookie
- 1/2 cup eatmeguiltfree Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 1/4 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup xylitol
- Almond milk (enough to mix)
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 tablet Dark Chocolate
Preheat oven to 360 F.
In a bowl combine al dry ingredients together Rolled Oats, Vanilla Protein Powder , xylitol and baking powder.
Add peanut butter and almond milk. Mix with a spatula until well combine.
With your hands roll dough into balls and press with your thump to make the hole
Place dark chocolate onto your cookies. Flatten into cookies.
Bake for 15 min.
