Chef Miami | S’mores Cupcakes
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 scoop eatmeguiltfree Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Walnut milk ( you can use any milk)
- 3 tsp xylitol
- 1/4 cup chefmiami Protein Marshmallows
- 60g sugar free dark chocolate
Presta oven to 360 F. Line cupcake tins with 6 cupcake liners.
In a bowl combine dry ingredients almond meal, coconut flour, eatmeguiltfree Vanilla Protein Powder, xylitol and baking powder.
Slowly add milk. Mix until well combine
Pour about 2/3 of the way full. Bake for 12 min.
Remove from oven. Place chocolate and Protein Marshmallows on top of each cupcake.
Broil for 5 min.
