Protein Peanut Butter Granola Cups

  • Cup:
  • 1/3 cup oat rolled oats
  • 1/4 almond flour
  • 1/4 chopped mixed nuts
  • 1 tbs coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup Eat Me Guilt Free DIY Blondie mix
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 6 drops liquid stevia
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Filling:
  • warm water (enough to mix)
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Peanut Butter Powder
  • 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate


Step 1

Preheat oven to 360 F. Spray a 9 x 13" baking pan with nonstick spray.

Step 2

In a bowl combine all cup dry ingredients. Mix well until you get a dough consistency. (add more Eat Me Guilt Free DIY Blondie mix if it is too sticky.)

Step 3

Coat your hands with coconut oil and form into small balls and flatten making a hole in the middle.

Step 4

Bake for 10-12 minutes.

Step 5

In a small bowl combine Chocolate Peanut Butter Powder and water.

Step 6

Remove your cups from oven and let cool down completely.

Step 7

Coat half of the cups with melted dark chocolate and place them of the fridge until chocolate set.

Step 8

Fill each cup with Peanut Butter.
