Protein Peach Cobbler

Chef Miami| Protein Peach Cobbler


  • Base:
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup eatmeguiltfree DIY Blondie mix
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup xylitol
  • Almond milk (enough to mix)
  • Peach Cobbler:
  • 1 chopped peach
  • 1 scoop eatmeguiltfree Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 cup greek yogurt



Step 1

Preheat oven to 360 F. Line cupcakes tins with 12 cupcake liners.

Step 2

In a bowl combine all dry ingredients together Rolled Oats, DIY Blondie mix, xylitol and baking powder.

Step 3

Add peanut butter and almond milk. Mix with a spatula until well combine.

Step 4

Fill each cupcake cups with 1 tbs of mixture. Press down with your hands or a spoon making a hole in the middle.

Step 5

Bake for 15 min. Allow to cool for 5 minutes in the pan, and then remove the cupcakes and allow to cool completely.

Step 6

In bowl combine greek yogurt and white chocolate. Mix until well combine.

Step 7

Add chopped peach and stir with a spatula.

Step 8

With a spoon place about 1 tbs of peach cobbler on each base.
