Protein PB- Choco Rice Cake
Chef Miami | Protein PB- Choco Rice Cake
- 2 rice cakes
- 1/4 cup eatmeguiltfree Peanut Butter Powder
- 1 cup dark chocolate spread
In a small bowl mix eatmeguiltfree Peanut Butter Powder with water until you get peanut butter consistency.
Spread Peanut butter on one rice cake and top it with chocolate spread.
Place remaining rice cake on top of the chocolate spread.
Coat rice cake sandwich with dark chocolate spread and refrigerate for 20 min.
