Protein Marshmallows Pancakes
Chef Miami | Protein Marshmallows Pancakes
- 1 cup eatmeguiltfree DIY Blondie mix
- 1 cup coconut flour (you can use almond or oat flour)
- Almond milk (enough to mix)
- 1/4 cup sugar free dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chefmiami Protein Marshmallows
- 1 tsp ground flaxseed
Preheat a frying pan and spray nonstick coconut oil.
In a bowl add eatmeguiltfree DIY Blondie mix, ground flaxseed and coconut flour.
Add almond milk and stir until well combined.
Add sugar free dark chocolate chips and combine.
Pour or scoop the batter into the pan and sprinkle protein marshmallows on top. Brown both sides.
Repeat process with remaining batter and marshmallows.
