- 8 Eat Me Guilt Free Chocolate Chips Cookies
- Chocolate Pudding:
- 1 cup Eat Me Guilt Free Chocolate Protein powder
- 2 tbs Carob Powder (you can use cacao)
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1/2 cup xylitol
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
Microwave for 10 seconds Eat Me Guilt Free Chocolate Chips Cookies.
Spray a rolling pin with coconut oil and carefully flatten the cookies. Set aside.
Wrap a square mold with foil wrap.
Mix all chocolate pudding ingredients. You can add more peanut butter if the consistency if not like a pudding
Cut Cookies into rectangles. Place one layer of cookies on the bottom of the mold. Follow with Chocolate pudding (spread evenly)
Repeat the process with remaining cookies and chocolate pudding.
