Chef Miami | Protein Eclair
- 2 eatmeguiltfree Blondies
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 2 scoops eatmeguiltfree Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate peanut butter or any homemade chocolate spread
- 1/4 cup xylitol
Slice eatmeguiltfree Blondies.
Line the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan with blondie slices.
In a bowl, combine greek yogurt, protein powder and xylitol. Spread half of mixture over blondie layer.
Top with another layer of blondies and the remaining pudding.
Top all with a final layer of blondie and frost with chocolate peanut butter.
Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours.
