Protein Churro Waffles
Chef Miami | Protein Churro Waffles
- 1/2 cup eatmeguiltfree Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp flaxseed
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup xylitol
- Almond milk (enough to mix)
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat Waffle Maker med/low heat. Spray with Coconut Oil.
In a small bowl, mix flaxseed with 2 tbs water. Set aside.
In a blender, blend eatmeguiltfree Vanilla Protein Powder, almond flour, almond milk, coconut flour and vanilla extract (you can add stevia or xylitol)
Add flaxseed and blend.
Pour 1/2 cup mixture into the Waffle Maker and cook for about 3 minutes.
In a plate combine xylitol and ground cinnamon.
While your Protein Churro Waffle is still hot, sprinkle cinnamon xylitol mixture on both sides.
Repeat same process with remaining batter.
You can top them with greek yogurt.
