Protein Banana Chocolate Marble Bread

Step 1

Preheat oven to 360 F. Spray a bread loaf pan with nonstick coconut oil.

Step 2

Mix flax seed with water and let set aside for 10 min.

Step 3

In a bowl combine oat flour, coconut flour, baking powder,

Eat Me Guilt Free Vanilla Protein Powder  and xylitol.

Step 4

Mash bananas with a fork (you can use a food processor)

Step 5

Add bananas and flax egg to the flour mixture mix well with a hand mixer. Add almond milk ( if needed)

Step 6

Equally separate the batter into two bowls.

Step 7

In one bowl add cocoa powder, 1 tsp coconut oil and Eat Me Guilt Free DIY Chocolate Mix , mix well.

Step 8

For the swirl, just add a spoon of the vanilla batter on the bottom, then add a spoon of the chocolate batter. Repeat process until nothing is left.

Step 9

Bake for 30 min or until a toothpick (or knife) comes out clean.
