- 2 Eat Me Guilt Free PB Crack Cookie
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1 scoop Eat Me Guilt Free Vanilla Protein powder
- 2 tbs room temperature vegan cream cheese
- 2 tbs Xylitol ( you can add more or less)
- 1/4 cup sugar free Dark chocolate spread
Place Eat Me Guilt Free PB Crack Cookies in the freezer for 15 mins.
While your cookies are in the freezer. In a bowl combine greek yogurt, vegan cream cheese, xylitol and Eat Me Guilt Free Vanilla Protein powder.
Remove cookies from the freezer.
Cover one cookie with cheesecake spread, spreading top to create an even layer.
Pour sugar free Dark chocolate spread on top of cheesecake.
Place other frozen Eat Me Guilt Free PB Crack Cookie on top and press to push cheesecake out to the sides. Smooth it along the sides, then put back in the freezer for another hour.
Remove from freezer.
