Oatmeal Carrot Cake Pancakes

Chef Miami | Oatmeal Carrot Cake Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 eatmeguiltfree Carrot Cake
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar free dark chocolate chips
  • almond milk (enough to mix)

 

Method

Step 1

Preheat a frying pan and spray nonstick coconut oil.

Step 2

In a blender blend eatmeguiltfree Carrot Cake.

Step 3

In a bowl combine oats, oat flour and carrot cake crumbles.

Step 4

Add almond milk and stir until well combine.

Step 5

Add sugar free dark chocolate chips and combine.

Step 6

Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan. Brown on both sides.
