No Bake Double Cheesecake
Chef Miami | No Bake Double Cheesecake
- 1 eatmeguiltfree Brownie
- 1 cup vegan fat free cheese cream (room temperature)
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 3 tbs xylitol
- 1 tsp carob powder
Slice eatmeguiltfree Brownie into squares
Aline brownies in a baking pan or any container.
In a bowl combine vegan fat free cheese cream, greek yogurt and xylitol. You can use a hand mixer or a fork.
In a small bowl combine 1/3 cup cheesecake mixture and carob powder. Set aside.
Pour cheesecake on top of each brownie square. Freeze for 10 min.
Remove from freezer and scoop chocolate cheesecake on top of each cheesecake.
