Double Chocolate Chips Cake

Chef Miami | Double Chocolate Chips Cake

Ingredients

  • Blondie Chocolate Chips:
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup eatmeguiltfree DIY Blondie Mix
  • 1/2 cup xylitol ( you can add more or less)
  • splash almond milk (enough to mix)
  • 1 cup sugar free dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbs almond meal
  • Brownie Chocolate Chips:
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup eatmeguiltfree DIY Brownie Mix
  • 1 tso carob powder
  • 1/2 cup xylitol ( you can add more or less)
  • 1 cup sugar free dark chocolate chips
  • Chocolate Pool:
  • 1 cup melted dark chocolate

 

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray two cake pans. One 9 inch round cake pan for the blondie and 6 inch round cake pan for the brownie.

Step 2

In a bowl mix eatmeguiltfree DIY Blondie Mix, almond meal and xylitol.

Step 3

Add greek yogurt. Combine with a spatula. Add almond milk if needed.

Step 4

Add sugar free dark chocolate chips and combine with a spatula.

Step 5

Repeat the process with the brownie chocolate chips cake.

Step 6

Pour blondie batter into the 9 inch cake pan. Bake for 12 min.

Step 7

Pour brownie batter into the 6 inch cake pan. Bake for 12 min.

Step 8

Remove from oven and let cool completely.

Step 9

With a (clean) knife cut a circle (same size as the brownie chocolate chips cake) on the blondie cake. Place Brownie inside the circle.

Step 10

Cut another circle on the brownie cake.

Step 11

In the middle of the cake pour melted dark chocolate.
