Cranberry Corn Bread Stuffing


3 tablespoons of Ghee (melted)
3/4 cup Organic Chicken Broth
1/4 cup Chopped Celery
1/2 small onion chopped
4 Cloves of garlic (Chopped/Minced)
1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
1/4 cup Fresh Parsley (Chopped)
1 sprig Fresh Thyme (Chopped)
1 sprig Fresh Rosemary (Chopped)
1/4 cup Fresh Sage (Chopped)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Preheat oven 350
Step 1. Slice Corn Bread into cubes 
Step 2. place into baking pan
Step 3. place into preheated oven for 7 to 10  minutes or golden brown
Step 4. Add Ghee, chopped onions , celery, garlic, parsley, rosemary, sage, cranberries to sauce pan 
Step 5. Stir sauce pan with all ingredients
Step 6. Cook on medium high for 2-3 minutes till it looks like photo
Step 7. take pan off stove 
Step 8. add chicken broth  med high heat until boils
Step 9. Boil for about 4 minutes
Step 10. 4 turns of Himalayan salt and Pepper
