- 1 Eat Me Guilt Free Cinnamon Toast Breakfast Cake
- 100g sugar free dark chocolate
- 2 tbs xylitol
- 1 tbs carob powder
- 1 tbs cinnamon
- 1 tbs nutmeg
- 1/4 cup almond milk (or any milk)
- Protein marshmallows
Preheat oven to 300 F.
In a small bowl combine ground cinnamon, carob powder, nutmeg and xylitol. Add milk.
Cut Eat Me Guilt Free Cinnamon Toast Breakfast Cake so they look like bread slices.
Soak "bread" slices in the mixture. For about 10 mins.
Place Slices into a baking pan. Top with dark chocolate and place a second layer of "bread" slice on top.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Optional: Place protein marshmallow on top. Broil for 5 minutes.
