Chocolate Chip Cookie Stuffed Cinnamon Rolls

- 3 cups oat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbs almond meal
- 1 tsp melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup xylitol
- Splash almond milk
- 3 tbs cinnamon
- 3 tbs xylitol
- 3 eatmeguiltfree CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
Preheat oven 360 F. Spray a round cake pan with nonstick coconut oil spray.
In a bowl, mix all dough ingredients. If it is too sticky, you can add more oat flour.
Coat your hands with coconut oil. Grab the dough and place onto a flat surface.
Using your hands, flatten out the dough as much as you can to form a rectangle.
Mix together xylitol and cinnamon. Evenly sprinkle on top of your dough.
Brake Chocolate Cookies into pieces and spread on top.
Coat your hands with coconut oil and carefully roll up the dough.
Cut into slices and place them into your round cake pan.
Bake for 10-12 mins. Sprinkle more cinnamon and xylitol mixture (optional).
Drizzle icing on top of each cinnamon roll.
