Ingredients

  • 1 eatmeguiltfree Carrot Cake brownie
  • 1/4 cup walnut milk
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 tsp xylitol

 

Method

Step 1

In a blender blend eatmeguiltfree Carrot Cake brownie until it crumbles.

Step 2

Add walnut milk, ground cinnamon, nutmeg and xylitol.

Step 3

Pour Ice cream mix in a container and freeze overnight.

Step 4
