Caramel Birthday Shortbread Squares

  • 2 Eat Me Guilt Free Birthday Cake
  • Caramel Layer:
  • 1 cup medjool dates (about 10)
  • ¾ cup + 2 tbsp water
  • Chocolate layer:
  • 1 cup melted dark chocolate
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup peanut butter


Step 1

Slice each Eat Me Guilt Free Birthday Cake horizontally into 3 pieces.

Step 2

Add the dates and ¼ cup of water to a high-powered blender. Blend until fully combined. Gradually add more water, until the caramel is smooth and reaches the consistency of honey. Set aside.

Step 3

In a bowl combine melted dark chocolate, chocolate Protein powder Vanilla Protein powder and peanut butter until well combine.

Step 4

Line Eat Me Guilt Free Birthday Cake slices into a silicone tray.

Step 5

Evenly place caramel sauce on top of your cake. Freeze for 10 mins.

Step 6

Top with chocolate mixture and freeze for 10 more minutes.

Step 7

Cute into squares.
