Blueberry Blondie Loaf

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of Eat Me Guilt Free Blondie DIY Mix
  • 1 cup of egg whites
  • 1 pint of blueberries
  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil (Melted)
  • 1/4 cup ghee (Melted)
  • 1 loaf baking pan
  • Cooking spray of choice
  • 1 whisk
  • 1 mixing bowl 

 

Method
Step 1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees fahrenheit.
Step 2. Melt coconut oil and ghee butter.
Step 3. Spray loaf pan with cooking spray of choice.
Step 4. Pour Eat Me Guilt Free Blondie DIY mix, melted coconut oil and melted ghee into mixing bowl.
Step 5. Mix together for 3 minutes.
Step 6. Add egg whites mix 3 minutes until smooth no clumps.
Step 7. Fold in 1 pint of blueberries.
Step 8. Pour mix evenly into pan.
Step 9. Place in oven for 1 hr 10 min minutes let cool for 1 hour and slice into 12 servings.
