Baked Protein Fluffy Pancakes

Don’t you hate waiting for each pancake to make on the pan? I know! me too. So why don’t we use the oven to make them?

Yes, you read it right! Baked Protein Pancakes.

Ingredients

 

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick coconut oil.

Step 2

In a bowl combine dry ingredients first: coconut flour, Eat Me Guilt Free Vanilla Protein Powder, almond meal, baking powder and Eat Me Guilt Free DIY Blondie Mix.

Step 3

Add almond milk. Whisk until well combine (you're looking for a thick batter)

Step 4

With an ice cream spoon place pancakes onto baking sheet.

Step 5

Place dar chocolate in the middle of each pancake.

Step 6

Bake for 10-12 min. Depends on how you like them. If you like them crispy bake for 15 min if not bake for 10-12 mins

Step 7

Serve immediately.
