Red Velvet Lava Cake by Chef Miami

  • 1 cup eatmeguiltfree DIY Blondie mix
  • 2 oz raspberries
  • 1 egg
  • Almond milk (enough to mix)
  • 1 tsp xylitol
  • 2 tbs melted white chocolate


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray 2 ramekins with non stick coconut oil.

Step 2

In a sauce pan place raspberries and xylitol. Bring to boil and stir for about 9 minutes. Sieve to remove the seeds. Set Aside

Step 3

In a bowl combine all ingredients except for white chocolate.

Step 4

Add raspberry syrup to the mixture. Stir with a spatula until well combine.

Step 5

Fill each of molds with brownie batter so that they are 2/3 of the way full. Bake for 11 minutes.

Step 6

Drizzle with melted white chocolate
