- 4 Protein chefmiami Marshmallows
- 2 tbs Red Velvet Peanut butter
- 1 Whole Grain Ezequiel English Muffin
- 1 scoop eatmeguiltfree Vanilla Protein Powder
- Splash Almond Milk
Preheat oven 300 F.
Slice muffin open. Spread Red Velvet Peanut Butter into the English muffin slices.
Place Marshmallows on top of one slice. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and replace top.
In a small bowl combine eatmeguiltfree Vanilla Protein Powder and milk.
Drizzle protein syrop on top on the english muffin.
