  • 4 Protein chefmiami Marshmallows
  • 2 tbs Red Velvet Peanut butter
  • 1 Whole Grain Ezequiel English Muffin
  • 1 scoop eatmeguiltfree Vanilla Protein Powder
  • Splash Almond Milk


Step 1

Preheat oven 300 F.

Step 2

Slice muffin open. Spread Red Velvet Peanut Butter into the English muffin slices.

Step 3

Place Marshmallows on top of one slice. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and replace top.

Step 4

In a small bowl combine eatmeguiltfree Vanilla Protein Powder and milk.

Step 5

Drizzle protein syrop on top on the english muffin.
