Perfect Breakfast to start your day!!! Make this delicious Protein Sweet Potato Pancakes. The perfect combination of protein and good carbs.
- 1 scoop eatmeguiltfree Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tbs stevia
- 3 egg whites
- almond milk
- 1 small cooked sweet potato (without the skin)
- 1 tbs almond flour
- 1/4 chopped strawberries
- 1 tsp melted dark chocolate
Preheat a frying pan and spray nonstick coconut oil.
In a bowl combine eatmeguiltfree Vanilla Protein Powder, almond flour and stevia.
In a blender combine sweet potato, protein mixture and egg whites. Add almond milk slowly until smooth.
Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan. Brown on both sides.
Place chopped strawberries on top and drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
