White Chocolate Protein Cheesecake Mousse

These White Chocolate Protein Cheesecake Mousse Cups are a dream come true. They are high in protein, healthy, sugar free and yet rich, creamy and chocolaty, the hardened chocolate shell pairing so well with the Cheesecake Mousse.
- 2 cups melted white chocolate
- 1/4 cup Xylitol
- 1 scoop eatmeguiltfree Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 cup Veggie Cream Cheese
- 1 tsp Dark cacao
- 1/4 cup Protein Peanut Butter
- 4 Strawberries
Prepare 6 aluminum muffin cups by filling each cup a little less than half with chocolate and rotate to coat all sides of the cup with a thick layer of chocolate. Pour the excess chocolate back into the bowl.
Freeze for 35 minutes to let chocolate set.
In a bowl mix Veggie Cream Cheese, Protein Peanut Butter, Vanilla Protein Powder, Xylitol and cacao.
Remove chocolate cups from the freezer. Fill each chocolate cups with the chocolate mousse filling. Freeze for 1 hour until set.
Take White Chocolate Protein Cheesecake Mousse Cups from freezer and remove them from the aluminum cups.
Before serving top each cup with fresh strawberries.
