Ingredients

  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 cups eatmeguiltfree Blondie DIY mix
  • 1/2 cup xylitol
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1 scoop eatmeguiltfree Vanilla protein Powder
  • 3 egg whites

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray.

Step 2

In a bowl combine Blondie mix and vanilla protein powder.

Step 3

Add Greek yogurt, xylitol and egg whites. Combine until well mix. Add dark chocolate chips and combine.

Step 4

Evenly pour batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 30 minutes.

Step 5

Let cool before cutting.

Step 6
