Chef Miami | Marshmallow Fluff Brownies

Marshmallow Fluff Brownies are a gooey, chocolatey explosion of rich brownie flavor. The best part is these brownies are incredibly easy to make besides the amazing flavor.


  • 2 cups eatmeguiltfree Brownie mix
  • 1 tbs Sunflower Lecithin
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cup vegan marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup nuts-n-more Regular Peanut Butter (room temperature)



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a baking pan with nonstick coconut oil.

Step 2

In a medium bowl combine eatmeguiltfree Brownie mix, Sunflower Lecithin and baking powder.

Step 3

In a small bowl mix together wet ingredients almond milk and egg whites whisk and add to dry mixture. Whisk until well combine. Add melted dark chocolate and carefully mix with a spatula.

Step 4

Pour half of the brownie batter into the pan, then place the marshmallows in an even layer over the batter.

Step 5

Pour the remaining batter over the marshmallows. Don’t worry if it doesn’t completely cover the marshmallows.

Step 6

Bake for 28 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Drizzle Peanut Butter on top.

Step 7

Cut 16 squares and transfer to plate.
