Chef Miami | Protein Tiramisu
Where my Tiramisu Lovers at? Honestly, who doesn’t love a Tiramisu? Now you can enjoy all the yummy flavors of a regular Tiramisu in a healthy version.
- 1/2 scoop nuts-n-more Vanilla Whey Protein
- 1 eatmeguiltfree Blondie
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tsp espresso or strong coffee, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup cashew milk
- 1 tbs dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbs stevia
Line an 5-inch-square baking dish with plastic wrap.
Custard: In a bowl combine 1/2 scoop nuts-n-more Vanilla Whey Protein and stevia. Add greek yogurt, then whisk until just smooth (do not overmix or it will be grainy). Set aside.
Slice eatmeguiltfree Blondie into three layers.
In a bowl combine the espresso and cashew milk. One at a time, dip the eatmeguiltfree Blondie layer in the espresso mixture until soaked but not soggy.
Spread 2 tbs protein greek yogurt over the Blondie Layer. Repeat the process with the remaining layers and protein greek yogurt.
Spread the remaining protein greek yogurt on top. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Remove plastic wrap and sprinkle dark chocolate chips on top.
