Chef Miami | Pumpkin-Maple Pizza

Like if Pizza itself wasn’t good enough, I made Pumpkin-Maple Pizza. Good news? High in protein, low carb and super yummy.

Who else loves Pumpkin Season?

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 tsp Sunflower Lecithin
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 tbs almond flour
  • Almond milk (enough to mix)
  • 1 scoop nuts-n-more Maple Peanut Butter Protein Powder
  • 1 cup eatmeguiltfree Blondie DIY mix
  • Pumpkin Sauce:
  • 1/2 can Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/4 Stevia
  • Almond milk
  • 1tsp Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

    Top

    • 2 cups Protein/ sugar free marshmallows

      Method

      Step 1

      Preheat oven 350 F. Spray a baking sheet with Coconut nonstick spray.

      Step 2

      In a bowl mix eatmeguiltfree Blondie DIY mix, Sunflower Lecithin, egg whites, 1 scoop nuts-n-more Maple Peanut Butter Protein Powder and almond milk. Whisk until well mix.

      Step 3

      Spread batter into one baking sheet. Give a rectangle shape with a spoon (or any shape you want)

      Step 4

      Bake for 8-12 minutes. While the dough is in the oven make the Pumpkin Sauce.

      Step 5

      For the Pumpkin Sauce: In a bowl combine all the pumpkin Sauce ingredients until well combine.

      Step 6

      Once your dough is ready, spread Pumpkin Sauce on top. Place marshmallows on top.

      Step 7

      Broil in low for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

      Step 8

      Drizzle melted dark chocolate on top.

      Step 9
