Chef Miami | Pumpkin-Maple Pizza
Like if Pizza itself wasn’t good enough, I made Pumpkin-Maple Pizza. Good news? High in protein, low carb and super yummy.
Who else loves Pumpkin Season?
- 1 tsp Sunflower Lecithin
- 3 egg whites
- 2 tbs almond flour
- Almond milk (enough to mix)
- 1 scoop nuts-n-more Maple Peanut Butter Protein Powder
- 1 cup eatmeguiltfree Blondie DIY mix
- Pumpkin Sauce:
- 1/2 can Pumpkin Puree
- 1/4 Stevia
- Almond milk
- 1tsp Pumpkin Spice
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Protein/ sugar free marshmallows
Preheat oven 350 F. Spray a baking sheet with Coconut nonstick spray.
Spread batter into one baking sheet. Give a rectangle shape with a spoon (or any shape you want)
Bake for 8-12 minutes. While the dough is in the oven make the Pumpkin Sauce.
For the Pumpkin Sauce: In a bowl combine all the pumpkin Sauce ingredients until well combine.
Once your dough is ready, spread Pumpkin Sauce on top. Place marshmallows on top.
Broil in low for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Drizzle melted dark chocolate on top.
