Turtle Brownie with Coconut Sorbet by Chef Miami

Turtle Brownie

Aren’t you tired of the regular Brownie with Ice cream on top? I know you are and that’s why I made you guys an unique, decadent and HEALTHY Turtle Brownie with Coconut Sorbet on top. You can thank me later :)


  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Liquid Stevia or any other sweetener you preferred
  • 1 1/2 cup nuts-n-more coconut peanut butter
  • 1 eatmeguiltfree Brownie
  • 3 tbs nuts-n-more Toffee Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup melted white chocolate
  • 1 tbs finely chopped pecans


Step 1

For the Coconut Sorbet: In a blender combine nuts-n-more coconut peanut butter, Coconut Milk, vanilla extract and Liquid Stevia until well combine.

Step 2

Once ready pour into your Sorbet Maker.

Step 3

It will take about 30 min. (depends on your Sorbet Maker)

Step 4

In a medium bowl combine pecans and nuts-n-moreToffee Peanut Butter.

Step 5

Carefully scoop the middle part of the  eatmeguiltfree Brownie.

Step 6

Dip the eatmeguiltfree Brownie into the Toffee Peanut Butter Mixture.

Step 7

Freeze for about 20 min.

Step 8

Remove from freezer and dip into the melted White Chocolate. Place back into the freezer to let the chocolate set.

Step 9

Once your Sorbet is ready remove Turtle Brownie for the freeze and place the Sorbet on top.
