Chocolate-Covered Peanut Butter Cheesecake Truffles is the perfect healthy snack to always have in your house. High in protein and no sugar AT ALL.
- 1 eatmeguiltfree Brownie
- 1 1/2 cup Vegetarian Cream Cheese
- 1 cup nuts-n-more White Chocolate Peanut Butter
- 1 scoop nuts-n-more Vanilla Whey Protein
- 1/3 cup xylitol
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbs melted white chocolate
- 1 cup melted dark chocolate
Cut eatmeguiltfree Brownie into 12 small squares. Set aside.
In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add nuts-n-more White Chocolate Peanut Butter; beat until smooth.
In a glass combine together nuts-n-more Vanilla Whey Protein, melted white chocolate, almond milk and vanilla extract.
Add protein mixture to the cream cheese, beat and add xylitol. Beat until smooth.
Line the brownie squares onto a baking sheet. Place 1 tbs Cheesecake on top of each square.
Freeze for 2 hours or until firm. Remove the cheesecake from the freezer and give them a nice shape with your hands.
Spoon about 1 teaspoon melted chocolate over each truffle, smoothing top with back of spoon. Drizzle with melted white chocolate (optional).
Let stand about 20 minutes or until firm. Store in refrigerator.
