Chef Miami | Protein Toffee PB Molten Lava Cake
Protein Peanut Butter Molten Lava Cake really? Yes, this Molten Lava Cake is so healthy and delicious that you have to try it. Not only is smooth, delicious and decadent but also healthy and high in protein.
- 1/4 cup eatmeguiltfree Brownie DIY mix
- 1 scoop nuts-n-more Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Powder
- 2 egg whites
- 1 egg
- 1/4 Almond milk
- 2 tbs nuts-n-more Toffee Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbs Xylitol
- 1 cup melted dark chocolate
- 1 tbs coconut oil
Preheat oven to 360 F. Spray two ramekins with baking spray and place on a baking sheet.
In a small bowl whisk eggs and add vanilla extract. Set aside.
In a bowl whisk dark Chocolate, xylitol and coconut oil. Add Eggs and carefully whisk.
Add dry mixture to the chocolate and stir until well combine.
Pour batter into ramekins until it reaches halfway. In a small bowl combine 1/8 tbs coconut oil and nuts-n-more Toffee Peanut Butter. Add 1 tbs melted dark chocolate DON'T STIR.
Drop a heaped teaspoon of peanut butter in the centre of each ramekin. Push down gently to mostly submerge.
Top up with remaining batter until the ramekins are ¾ filled. Do not overfill!
Bake for 14 minutes. Once ready run a knife around the edge to help slip out easily.
Turn out onto a plate and sprinkle a little bit of nuts-n-more Vanilla Protein Powder (optional)
