Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies- Who’s ready for Pumpkin Everything? What is better than our favorite Chocolate Chip cookies with a pumpkin touch?
- 2 cups eatmeguiltfree Blondie DIY Mix
- 2 tbs Almond Flour
- 2 egg whites
- 2 scoops nuts-n-more Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2 can pumpkin puree
- 2 tbs nuts-n-more Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter
- 1 cup dark Chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray 1 baking sheet with Coconut nonstick spray.
In a small bowl combine egg whites, almond milk, pumpkin puree and nuts-n-more Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter. Add to the dry mixture combine until well combine.
Add Dark Chocolate Chips.
Roll dough into 2-in balls and place on parchment paper-lined baking sheets. Flatten cookies slightly.
Bake cookies at 350F 9-10 minutes. (cookies will appear underdone--this is ok)
