Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies by Chef Miami

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies- Who’s ready for Pumpkin Everything? What is better than our favorite Chocolate Chip cookies with a pumpkin touch?


  • 2 cups eatmeguiltfree Blondie DIY Mix
  • 2 tbs Almond Flour
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 scoops nuts-n-more Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 can pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbs nuts-n-more Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup dark Chocolate chips


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray 1 baking sheet with Coconut nonstick spray.

Step 2

In a bowl mix eatmeguiltfree Blondie DIY Mix, nuts-n-more Vanilla Protein Powder and almond flour.

Step 3

In a small bowl combine egg whites, almond milk, pumpkin puree and nuts-n-more Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter. Add to the dry mixture combine until well combine.

Step 4

Add Dark Chocolate Chips.

Step 5

Roll dough into 2-in balls and place on parchment paper-lined baking sheets. Flatten cookies slightly.

Step 6

Bake cookies at 350F 9-10 minutes. (cookies will appear underdone--this is ok)
