Chef Miami | Brownie – Waffle Sandwich
Perfect breakfast Brownie – Waffle Sandwich. I mean seriously? High in protein, low in carb and super healthy.
- 1 cup eatmeguiltfree Brownie DIY mix
- 4 egg whites
- Splash almond milk
- 1/2 cup nuts-n-more Almond Butter
Preheat Waffle Maker med/low heat. Spray with Coconut Oil.
In a bowl mix eatmeguiltfree Brownie DIY mix, egg whites and almond milk. Whisk until well mix.
Pour 1/2 cup Mixture into the Waffle Maker and cook for about 3 minutes.
Carefully open up the clam shell and place your protein waffle in a plate.
Cut the waffle into 4 equal pieces. Spread half nuts-n-more Almond Butter onto one triangle and place a another waffle on top. Repeat with the other waffle triangle.
Drizzle melted AmberLyn White Chocolate on top.
