Chef Miami | Maple Peanut Butter Cookies

Maple Peanut Butter Cookies are the yummiest and healthiest peanut butter cookies out there. Adding the extra maple flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups eatmeguiltfree Blondie DIY Mix
  • 2 tbs Almond Flour
  • 2 scoops nuts-n-more Maple Peanut Butter Protein Powder
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/3 cup Almond milk
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chunks
  • 1 1/2 cup nuts-n-more Peanut Butter

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 370 F. Spray 1 baking sheet with Coconut nonstick spray.

Step 2

In a bowl mix eatmeguiltfree Blondie DIY Mix, nuts-n-more Maple Peanut Butter Protein Powder and almond flour.

Step 3

In a small bowl combine egg whites and Almond milk. Add to the dry mixture combine until well combine.

Step 4

Add nuts-n-more Peanut Butter to the mixture and combine with your hands. Add white chocolate chunks.

Step 5

Roll into balls and flatten on baking sheet with a fork.

Step 6

Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
