Chef Miami | Four- Layer Brownie Bars
- 2 cups eatmeguiltfree Brownie DIY mix
- 3 egg whites
- 1 egg
- 1 scoop nuts-n-more Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Powder
- 2 cup nuts-n-more coconut peanut butter
- 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chunks
- 1 cup Shredded Coconut
- Splash almond milk
Preheat oven to 370 F. Spray a baking sheet with Coconut nonstick spray.
Pour half batter into one baking sheet. Bake for 10- 12 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool down. Spread nuts-n-more coconut peanut butter on top of the Brownie
Sprinkle Shredded Coconut on top of the nuts-n-more Coconut Peanut Butter
Sprinkle Dark chocolate chips on top of the shredded coconut layer
Freeze for 10 min. Cut into bars
