Four-Layer Brownie Bars by Chef Miami

Chef Miami | Four- Layer Brownie Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups eatmeguiltfree Brownie DIY mix
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 egg
  • 1 scoop nuts-n-more Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Powder
  • 2 cup nuts-n-more coconut peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chunks
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut
  • Splash almond milk

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 370 F. Spray a baking sheet with Coconut nonstick spray.

Step 2

In a bowl mix nuts-n-more Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Powder, eatmeguiltfree Brownie DIY mix, egg whites, egg and almond milk. Whisk until well mix.

Step 3

Pour half batter into one baking sheet. Bake for 10- 12 minutes.

Step 4

Remove from oven and let cool down. Spread nuts-n-more coconut peanut butter on top of the Brownie

Step 5

Sprinkle Shredded Coconut on top of the nuts-n-more Coconut Peanut Butter

Step 6

Sprinkle Dark chocolate chips on top of the shredded coconut layer

Step 7

Freeze for 10 min. Cut into bars
