Chef Miami | Brownie-Peanut Butter Bars
Brownie-Peanut Butter Bars for breakfast on the go!! These bars are the perfect breakfast if you are always on the go. Fast, delicious and super healthy.
- 1 cup eatmeguiltfree Brownie DIY mix
- 3 egg whites
- splash almond milk
- 1 scoop nuts-n-more Vanilla Whey Protein
- 1 cup nuts-n-more Salted Caramel Peanut Butter (Room Temperature)
- 1/2 cup Almond Meal
- 2 tbs almond milk
For the Brownie Layer: Preheat oven to 360 F. Spray a baking sheet with Coconut nonstick spray.
In a bowl mix eatmeguiltfree Brownie DIY mix, egg whites and almond milk. Whisk until well mix.
Pour the batter into the baking sheet.
Bake for 8-11 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.
Peanut Butter Layer: While the brownie is in the oven, In a bowl combine Almond Flour and nuts-n-more Vanilla Whey Protein
Combine together Nuts 'N More Chocolate Almond Butter and Almond Milk. Add to the dry mixture.
Mix together until you have a well combine dough (it can't be too sticky- add more Nuts 'N More Chocolate Creme Almond Infused Whey Protein if is too sticky)
With your hands spread the peanut butter dough on top of the brownie layer.
Freeze for 10 min. Cut into bars.
