Swirl Pancakes by Chef Miami

Chef Miami | Swirl Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup eatmeguiltfree Brownie DIY mix
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 tbs almond meal
  • splash almond milk
  • 1/2 cup eatmeguiltfree Blondie DIY Mix
  • 1 scoop nuts-n-more Maple Peanut Butter Protein Powder
  • splash almond milk
  • Melted White Chocolate

Method

Step 1

Chocolate Batter: In a bow, whisk together eatmeguiltfree Brownie DIY mix and almond flour. Whisk in the almond milk and egg whites just until the batter is moistened.

Step 2

In a small bowl whisk together eatmeguiltfree Blondie DIY Mix and nuts-n-more Maple Peanut Butter Protein Powder. Whisk in the almond milk just until the batter is moistened.

Step 3

Heat a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat, and spray it with nonstick spray.

Step 4

Use an ice cream scoop to add the brownie batter to the pan. Use the bottom of the scoop or cup to spread the batter into a circle, about 4 inches in diameter. Reduce the heat to medium low.

Step 5

Starting at the center of the pancake, squeeze the blondie batter on top of the pancake batter in a swirl (you can use a knife or fork).

Step 6

Cook each side for about 3 minutes.

Step 7

Pour melted white chocolate on top of your pancakes
