Protein Cinnamon Roll
Chef Miami I Protein Cinnamon Roll
- 1 cup eatmeguiltfree DIY Blondie mix
- almond milk (enough to mix)
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp melted coconut oil
- 1/3 cup xylitol
- 3 tbs cinnamon
- Peanut butter
Preheat oven 360 F. Spray a round cake pan with nonstick coconut oil spray.
In a bowl mix all dough ingredients. If is to sticky you can add more oat flor
Coated your hands with coconut oil. Grab the dough and place onto a flat surface.
Using your hands, flatten out the dough as much as you can to form a rectangle.
Mix together xylitol and cinnamon. Evenly sprinkle on top of your dough.
Coated your hands with coconut oil and carefully roll up the dough.
Cut into slices and place them into your round cake pan.
Bake for 10-12 mins. Sprinkle more cinnamon and xylitol mixture (optional)
Drizzle peanut butter on top. To make a regular icing simply combine 2 scoop vanilla protein powder and 2 tbs almond milk.
