Chef Miami | Protein Snickers


  • Base:
  • almond milk (enough to mix)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup eatmeguiltfree DIY Blondie mix
  • 2 tbs almond meal
  • Caramel:
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1/2 cup medjool dates Puree
  • 1/3 cup xylitol
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup melted dark chocolate


Step 1

Preheat oven to 360 F. Spray a baking pan with coconut oil.

Step 2

Base: Mix all base ingredients and pour into the baking pan. Bake for 10 min.

Step 3

While your base is in the oven. Combine together all Caramel ingredients. Set aside.

Step 4

Once your base is ready let cool for 10 min.

Step 5

Evenly spread caramel on top of your base. Freeze for 10 min.

Step 6

Cut into bars and coated them with dark chocolate. Freeze for 5 min.
