Protein Greek Yogurt Brownies
Chef Miami | Protein Greek Yogurt Brownies
- 1 cup eatmeguiltfree DIY Brownie mix
- 1 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1 tbs baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup xylitol
- 1/3 cup melted dark chocolate
Preheat oven to 360 F. Spray a cake pan with non stick coconut oil.
In a small bowl combine dry ingredients eatmeguiltfree Brownie mix, baking powder, xylitol and cacao powder.
In a separate bowl combine together greek yogurt and vanilla extract. Add slowly to the brownie mix. Do no over mix.
Add melted dark chocolate, in intervals.
Evenly pour batter into the cake pan. Bake for 20 mins
Let cool down and sprinkle caco powder on top (optional)
