Chef Miami | Protein S’mores Blondie- Brownie Cake
- 2 cups rolled Oats
- 1 1/4 cups eatmeguiltfree DIY Blondie Mix
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup xylitol
- splash vanilla extract
- 1 cup sugar free dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tsp cacao powder
- splash almond milk (enough to mix)
- 1 cup chefmiami Protein Marshmallows
Preheat oven to 360 F. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray.
In a bowl combine all dry ingredients eatmeguiltfree DIY Blondie Mix, xylitol and baking powder.
In a medium bowl combine together wet ingredients peanut butter, eggs, almond milk and vanilla extract.
Mix in with dry ingredients with a spatula. Add sugar free dark chocolate chips.
Separate mixture in two. Add cacao powder to one side.
Place blondie mixture on the bottom of your loaf pan. Evenly place Protein marshmallows on top.
Carefully pour brownie mixture on top of your protein marshmallows.
Bake for 20 min.
