Healthy Protein Corn Dog Muffins

Chef Miami | Healthy Protein Corn Dog Muffins


  • 1 cup eatmeguiltfree DIY Blondie Mix
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup xylitol
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs (beaten) 1 tbs egg replacer plus 4 tbs water
  • 1 tbs baking powder
  • Chopped Vegan Sausages


Step 1

Preheat oven to 370 F. Line a standard 6-cup cupcake tin with paper liners.

Step 2

In a bowl combine dry ingredients cormeal, eatmeguiltfree DIY Blondie Mix, baking powder and xylitol.

Step 3

Stir in greek yogurt and eggs. Do not over mix.

Step 4

Pour about 2/3 of the way full and place your chopped vegan sausage in the middle. Repeat the process.

Step 5

Bake for 15- 20 min. Remove from oven.
