Healthy Protein Corn Dog Muffins

- 1 cup eatmeguiltfree DIY Blondie Mix
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup xylitol
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 2 eggs (beaten) 1 tbs egg replacer plus 4 tbs water
- 1 tbs baking powder
- Chopped Vegan Sausages
Preheat oven to 370 F. Line a standard 6-cup cupcake tin with paper liners.
In a bowl combine dry ingredients cormeal, eatmeguiltfree DIY Blondie Mix, baking powder and xylitol.
Stir in greek yogurt and eggs. Do not over mix.
Pour about 2/3 of the way full and place your chopped vegan sausage in the middle. Repeat the process.
Bake for 15- 20 min. Remove from oven.
