Protein Chocolate Banana Bread Pudding


Chef Miami | Protein Chocolate Banana Bread Pudding


  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 5 eatmeguiltfree Blondies
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • splash vanilla extract (optional)


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a baking dish with nonstick coconut oil.

Step 2

Cut eatmeguiltfree Blondies into cubes.

Step 3

Place onto the baking sheet and bake 5 mins.

Step 4

In a bowl mash bananas. Add remaining ingredients, and stir.

Step 5

Add blondie cubes and let soak for 10 min.

Step 6

Line a mini muffin pan with cupcake liners.

Step 7

Pour blondie mix into each cupcake liners.

Step 8

Bake for 12-15 mins.

Step 9

Drizzle melted dark chocolate on top.
