Protein Almond Joy

Chef Miami | Protein Almond Joy


  • 1 scoop eatmeguiltfree Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 cups coconut flakes
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 3 egg whites
  • splash almond milk
  • 3 tsp xylitol (you can add more or less)
  • 1 cup melted dark chocolate


Step 1

Preheat oven to 340 F. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick coconut oil.

Step 2

In a bowl combine all ingredients.

Step 3

With your hands form into bars (or any shape you want) and bake for 20 min.

Step 4

Remove from oven and let cool for about 10 min.

Step 5

Coat each Protein Almond Joy with dark chocolate. Freeze to let chocolate set.
