Protein Waffle Sandwich

Chef Miami | Protein Waffle Sandwich

Perfect breakfast Protein Waffle Sandwich. I mean seriously? high in protein, low in carb and super healthy.


  • Waffle:
  • 1 cup eatmeguiltfree DIY Blondie mix
  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 tbs almond meal
  • Splash almond milk
  • Filling:
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp xylitol (optional)


Step 1

Preheat Waffle Maker med/low heat. Spray with Coconut Oil.

Step 2

In a bowl mix eatmeguiltfree DIY Blondie mix, almond meal, egg whites and almond milk. Whisk until well mix.

Step 3

Pour 1/2 cup Mixture into the Waffle Maker and cook for about 3 minutes.

Step 4

In a bowl combine greek yogurt and xylitol.

Step 5

Cut waffle in half and spread greek yogurt on one side.

Step 6

Place waffle half on top of the greek yogurt. Drizzle melted AmberLyn White Chocolate on top (optional)
