Raspberry Protein Cookies

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup eatmeguiltfree DIY Blondie Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • almond milk ( enough to mix)
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tsp coconut oil


Step 1

Preheat oven to 360 F. Spray a baking pan with nonstick spray.

Step 2

In a bowl combine all ingredients except for fresh raspberries until you get a dough.

Step 3

With your hands roll dough into balls and press with your thump to make the hole

Step 4

In a sauce pan add fresh raspberries and stir until a jam forms. You can add xylitol.

Step 5

Spoon raspberry jam onto your cookies and bake for 12 min.

Step 6

(optional) Drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
